Two-Story Houston Home With A Brand New Roof Replacement!

Having begun as an initial inspection for a real estate deal, this two-story house had an unknown age of the roof until our assessment confirmed the age was "super-duper old" needless to say! Being the buyer at the time, now current homeowner, was in need of an inspection by a quality roof expert before getting an inspection report assessed by a licensed city inspector. Making sure the homeowner was well informed to make an educated decision on the roof after closing on the property, we were able to meet with the realtors and help this homeowner every step of the way for all the roofing needs. We assisted with gutters, gutter guards, and screening, as well as a few other additions to replacing the roof with a brand new roof in conclusion.
