We were able to assist this homeowner in not only overcoming that obstacle but achieve their ultimate goals in what they wanted to be done to the home within their desired budget. This home had re-decking done with a tech shield. Our crew also fixed a couple of soffit and fascia areas that needed to be addressed. We were able to administer the Owens Corning duration with a platinum warranty that the homeowner desired. We assisted in addressing the issues that needed to be up to code in order to gain full approval by the HOA, which we were there every step of the way throughout this process.
