This two-story home in Seabrook Texas first began as an initial inspection in need of a few repairs. With the original roof built-in 1995, there had been a few solar panels installed that had to be removed where patchwork had been done. We were able to assist the homeowner with an inspection and get the Solar company to cover the cost of the repair. Due to the number of solar panels everywhere on the roof, it was needed to get the entire front slope addressed instead of doing minor repairs in order to avoid damaging other shingles on the roof. On a separate issue, there had been rainwater coming through the half bathroom on the first floor of the home due to an issue with the exhaust fan on the roof. With the roof being very old and brittle, all things discussed, everyone came to an agreement that the best route to entertain that will take care of all issues and be the best for the homeowner was a complete roof replacement with the assistance of insurance. Everything was able to be addressed and this beautiful two-story home now rocks a brand new Certain Teed “Heather Blend” colored shingle roof replacement. In the conclusion of it all, we were also able to help this homeowner with some brand new windows! 

These homeowners were looking to get their rental home inspected. Their roof was right at the marker for a checkup being 12 to 15 years old, but they didn’t want to jump the gun since their neighbors had some hail damage. In need of a thorough inspection to ensure there is nothing else remaining of concern, Amstill Roofing was their go-to. This shingled single-story home was rented out to occupants, where a family is currently staying. However, the coupled homeowners lived right down the street and wanted to be proactive. In the end, this Sugarland home features a stunning Owens Corning “Driftwood” colored shingle. A stunning result to a completed home remodeling project. 

Understanding the importance of giving back and helping those in need is one of the many things that our Amstill family takes seriously. In times of concern, the last thing we want is for homeowners to have to worry about their roofs! This single-story property with a detached garage had a roof that exceeded the 25-year mark and was in need of replacement. The home belongs to a couple, where the husband had been suffering from terminal ALS, where he soon after passed away. Amstill roofing partnered up with the 2nd Baptist Church a while back to help out those in need of roofs by donating one at no charge to local families in need. The moment we heard about these homeowners, we immediately made arrangements to provide materials and labor to get this couple a new roof at no charge. Rebuilding Together Houston, (RTH) a local organization that provides volunteer services to allow elderly low-income and other at-risk populations to stay safe in their homes, teamed up with us and supplied the GAF shingles. In no time, we were able to send one of our Amstill members out to take measurements of the roof and fix temporary leaks before providing them with a brand new free roof replacement shortly after. We were very pleased to hear the excitement and appreciation from the homeowners, who are such incredible, sweet-loving, genuine folks. The completed brand new roof showcases GAF manufactured shingles, featuring the “Autumn Brown” color to beautifully match the style of the home. We offer our sincerest condolences to this family and give our best wishes to them. Our doors are always opened and welcome anything they may need, we are here for them. 

In need of a new roof, this two and a half story home had an original shingled roof that was slightly older than 28 years of age. With various leaks throughout the home, these homeowners were in desperate need of assistance, as they felt these damages to be especially apparent during thunderstorms and rain of any kind. Actual water would enter into the house during the heavier rainy days. One of the homeowner’s believed that a large portion of these leaks was entering through a boot on a pipe in the attic and needed this roof to be fixed immediately and the right way the first time around. 

Luckily for everyone, Amstill’s representative Griffin was able to assist this homeowner with all needs. As with everyone, we were able to assist in the process of obtaining a loan for this particular job, where the homeowner would be needing some financing to get the job done right. In this process, everything that needed to be covered, we were sure to address and help get coverage for all materials, which included some work done to the chimney, roof, and gutters as well. We added the fascia and soffit on the same day of the job. Apart from the weather, which we monitor very closely, we got the job scheduled and fully completed in a single day. We replaced the Hardie siding on the garage and finished up with some touched up areas of paint. All in all, we were happy to assist and get this homeowner his brand new roof replacement along with all the bells and whistles. This new roof features the Owens Corning “Onyx Black” TruDef Duration shingle. Another job successfully completed and Amstill is once again happy and honored to be of great assistance!
