Brand New Roof Replacement For Single-Story Home In Houston, TX!
This single-story shingled home had an original roof from 2003. Having had some issues with his garage and a recent inspection for storm damage, the homeowner wanted us to come out and see if there was enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. We were able to work with the homeowner's schedule, who was about to leave the country on a work trip, and able to get an appointment scheduled and begin the process for filing with the insurance company for a new roof replacement. This roof has a flat system that needed to be administered once the back section of the new roof was installed. We replaced all the gutters and balanced out with a triple layer of felt.
