Brand New Replacement Roof For Stunning Two-Story Houston Home

In need of a new roof replacement, these two happy homeowner newbies came to Amstill Roofing for their home renovating needs. At the time of contacting us, they were in the option period of buying the home and wasn't until soon after that they were able to purchase the home, that they could move forward with us on the full brand new replacement. This two-story home had a shingled roof over 20 years of age. With no leaks or problems that the newbie homeowners were initially aware of, with the proactive communication and timeliness that she was looking for, we were able to help her every step of the way from the appointment with the initial city inspector to the finalized roof. Throughout this process, we addressed the air vents, led jacks, furnace and water heater per code, dead-valley and roof junction near the garage, 2 chimneys, and a few other details in completion of the roof project.
