While in college and after the unfortunate passing of his father back in 1974, Frank Stilley assumed the responsibility of financially supporting his family. It was this that led to him venturing into roof repair and roof replacement. These humble beginnings transformed into a highly successful business over the years and today, we provide exceptional roofing services, affordably.

In addition to leading our roofing company, Frank also spent 28 years serving in the Sheriff’s Office. He has since retired as Captain, but he continues to oversee operations at Amstill Roofing and uphold the high standards we are known for so that our customers remain satisfied. His years in the force bring to Amstill the qualities that one would expect - integrity, discipline, strength, and honor.

Having been raised by Frank as a single parent, Sam gained inspiration from his father. When he was as young as four years old, Sam showed interest in following in his father’s footsteps, but even though he and his father shared the same passion for the business, Sam took a very different path to co-ownership.

Before taking on his current role at Amstill, Sam preferred to advance his education as a double-major in marketing and entrepreneurship at the University of Houston’s highly-ranked Bauer College of Business. After graduating with honors, he was ready to work alongside his father.

Sam also worked alongside Amstill Roofing employees, taking in every detail of the roofing repair and replacement process. With his hands-on experience, he learned the ins and outs of the business.
